CRAZYLOT.COM is a website and physical dealership in Detroit Lakes MN that is focused on selling dealer overstock and dated merchandise on a wholesale level at huge discounts. These are not salvage items (although there may be a few and they will be disclosed), these are units that have been for sale at regular prices and a decision has been made to “wholesale” them to make room for other merchandise. In some cases, they may be older used items, other units may be very nice late model units, some may be brand new items and others could be business property/fixtures/equipment. There will be a wild mix of items which is where the “CRAZY” comes from. In all cases, reserves are set very low so any item that hits a reserve and sells, will be a tremendous buy!! In addition, most items will be offered with a “BUY IT NOW” option. If a bidder sees a unit they like, they can simply click BUY IT NOW, and they will own that item at the stated price. This can be done online and it can also be done onsite, live, on daily basis (see inspection hours for times). Each auction will close on Thursdays and the BUY IT NOW, option will disappear 24 hours prior to the end of the auction. This gives all bidders and equal shot in the final 24 hours leading to the end of the auction.
The goals of this site and dealership are two: 1. Give customers an opportunity to buy a huge array of products at a wholesale level and 2. Give dealers an outlet to move product that must turn. We believe this is a great “win-win” situation as a dealer’s loss is your gain!!

Changes to This Agreement
CRAZYLOT.COM will amend this Agreement from time to time. All modifications and amendments will be posted on our website, and you are responsible for regularly reviewing and understanding these modified or amended terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified by CRAZYLOT.COM or by law, any modifications or amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting to this site.
Terms Of Sale
If your offer is accepted in an auction or you place a “Buy It Now” bid, you must tender payment to CRAZYLOT.COM within three (3) days following the close of the auction in which your offer was accepted. Payment is required to be made in the form of cash, credit card, Pay Pal or a federal wire transfer of immediately available funds, and must be made payable to CrazyLot.com for an amount equal to the full amount of the buyer's winning bid plus listed transaction fee, documentation fee and any applicable sales tax and title transfer fees.
Out of state buyers may handle their own tax/license and registration fees for licensing of titled units in their state. All sales tax for personal property must be paid with payment of the item. Any bidder with a dealer’s license or a tax exempt status, must make that known to CRAZYLOT.COM prior to placing any bids and appropriate paperwork must be filled out.
No title shall pass to the buyer until the total amount of the winning bid has been paid to CRAZYLOT.COM in collected funds.
CRAZYLOT.COM has financing options available. Pre- approved buyers will be required to sign purchase contracts with the approving financial institution within 5 days or placing a winning bid. No item will be allowed to leave the lot until bank funding has been completed.
Most items that are being auctioned, will have a “buy it now” price and a reserve price. Buyers bidding on that item may place bids in pre-stated increments or may click on “buy it now’. Once a buyer has agreed to the “buy it now” price, that auction will cease and the buyer will have 3 days to provide payment. The “buy it now” option will be available until 24 hours prior to the end of the auction. After that point, the only option to purchase that item will be to be the highest bidder. Unless, however, the reserve price was not met during the bidding process. At that point, after the close of the auction, the highest bidder will be offered to purchase the item at the “buy it now” price or an alternative price determined by CRAZYLOT.COM.
Some items may be auctioned with a “no reserve” status. On those items, the highest bid will win the item and there will be no “buy it now” available.
If an item has met reserve, buy it now or is a no reserve item and CRAZYLOT.COM fails to receive the accepted offer or winning bidder's payment on the third day business day following the close of the sale or auction in which the buyer submitted the accepted offer or winning bid, the accepted offer or winning bid shall be deemed null and void effective at 12:01 am Central Time on the following day.
If the buyer defaults in making timely payment or in any other respect whatsoever, CRAZYLOT.COM shall be held harmless against any and all related lawsuits and judgments arising there-from. You are responsible for paying the entire amount due on your purchase, including any applicable taxes, shipping and other charges.
In the case of non-payment on an item within the 3 business day time frame, CRAZYLOT.COM will make the determination that you are a non-performing buyer. At that point, you will be billed a $500 non-payment fee and the item will go back up for sale. In addition, your bidding privileges will be revoked until the $500 has been paid to CRAZYLOT.COM. If the item is still available and you decide to complete the purchase after you have entered the default status, the balance due plus a $150 administrative must be paid in full to restore your bidding status and pick up your item.
Buying
You are obligated, from the time you place your offer or bid, to complete any purchase for which your offer is accepted or your bid represents a winning bid in accordance with the specifications of CRAZYLOT.COM. You may not retract any offer or bid. You may not influence or manipulate the offering or bidding process to compel other buyers to accelerate their offers or bids or hamper others from offering or bidding without interference.
Unit Checkovers
CRAZYLOT.COM will perform a basic systems check on most units as time allows. This check is mainly done so the buyer will have a status report on the major system’s functions on the unit they are bidding on. This is merely a test to see if that system works and is not an implied warranty of how well or how long that system may function. Bidders are always welcome to check each unit out for themselves. At times, a system or function such as an air conditioner, may work fine when tested in our shop but for some reason not work when the bidder comes to pick it up. There is no warranty for those cases. These are wholesale transactions sold at huge discounts—although we strive to give the bidder the most accurate information possible, this is still an AS-IS transaction and must be treated as such.
Fees
CRAZYLOT.COM reserves the right to charge various fees to buyers for the use of any and all services of CRAZYLOT.COM, including, but not limited to, sale and/or auction listings and transaction fees based on completed transactions using CRAZYLOT.COM. These fees will change over time, it is the responsibility of all buyers to watch for changes to these fees by reading the fees schedules in full. Any charges, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of their use (and the use by another acting as an agent of a buyer or over whom a buyer has control) of CRAZYLOT.COM.
You have 10 days from the auction end date to pick up the unit(s) purchased. Each day past the 10th day is subject to a $20 per day storage fee per unit. Long term storage is available for additional fees through CRAZYLOT.COM. Long term storage must be requested, approved and paid prior to the fees converting to the long term rates. CRAZYLOT.COM shall notify the winning bidder by email of any pending storage fees. Any unit paid for and determined to be abandoned by CRAZYLOT.COM shall be treated as "Abandoned Property" and that property shall be resold to mitigate damages. Any proceeds above and beyond all storage, selling and handling fees shall be returned to the buyer.
- All titled or registered vehicles and recreational vehicles purchased will be assessed a $59 documentation fee.
- Units sold for $5,000 and under, 10% buyer's fee applies
- Units sold for over $5000 and under $10,000, 7% buyer's fee applies
- Units sold for over $10,000, 4% buyer's fee applies
- BUYER'S FEE DISCOUNTED BY 2% FOR PAYMENT IN CASH OR BANK CERTIFIED FUNDS.
- WIRE TRANSFERS WILL COUNT AS A CASH TRANSACTION, HOWEVER A $40 WIRE FEE WILL APPLY TO ALL UNITS WITH WIRED PAYMENTS.
ABILITY TO BID
The CRAZYLOT.COM buying site is limited to persons who may lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law. Minors are not allowing to bid, buy agreeing to the terms, you certify you are at least 18 years of age (or older, if required by applicable law) and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
- You agree to be financially responsible for all activity and use of your account by you and any persons legally using your account. CRAZYLOT.COM requires payment from you if your account is a successful bidder no matter who it was using your account.
- You agree to supervise and be responsible for all usage of minors of CRAZYLOT.COM under your name or account. - All information supplied by you or members of your household in using CRAZYLOT.COM, including without limitation your name, email address, street address, telephone number is true and accurate. You Agree to pay all penalties, damages, losses, attorney's fees, and expenses incurred by CRAZYLOT.COM in the event you do not provide accurate information.
CRAZYLOT.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY BID FOR REASONABLE CAUSE.

CRAZYLOT.COM provides these links to you solely as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by CRAZYLOT.COM of the site or any association with its operators. The linked sites are not under the control of CRAZYLOT.COM and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked site without limitation.
No Unlawful Or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of CRAZYLOT.COM, you warrant that you will not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement. You may not use CRAZYLOT.COM in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair CRAZYLOT.COM or any of its users, or interfere with any other party's use of CRAZYLOT.COM. It is your responsibility to determine whether the purchase of any listed item is legally permissible.
Use of Information Provided by Users to CRAZYLOT.COM
When you register to become a user of CRAZYLOT.COM, you provide us with information about you and your business. Our primary goal in collecting information is to facilitate the sale of an item listed on the CRAZYLOT.COM website. You are sharing the information that you provide with us alone, unless it is specifically stated otherwise. We also provide to buyers the information necessary to facilitate the sale or auction transaction between the buyer and CRAZYLOT.COM. CRAZYLOT.COM may disclose account information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating CRAZYLOT.COM's Terms and Conditions of Use of this Site or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) CRAZYLOT.COM's rights or property, other of our users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. CRAZYLOT.COM may disclose or account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services.
Agreement to Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Minnesota, located in the United States of America. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Becker County, Minnesota, U.S.A., in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of CRAZYLOT.COM. Use of CRAZYLOT.COM is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and CRAZYLOT.COM as a result of this Agreement or your use of CRAZYLOT.COM. CRAZYLOT.COM's performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of CRAZYLOT.COM's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of CRAZYLOT.COM or information provided to or gathered by CRAZYLOT.COM with respect to such use. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and CRAZYLOT.COM with respect to CRAZYLOT.COM and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and CRAZYLOT.COM with respect to CRAZYLOT.COM. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
Employee representations and Non-warranty sales
All sales of CRAZYLOT.COM are considered “as-is” sales unless otherwise represented. All implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement are specifically disclaimed unless otherwise stipulated by law. Inspect vehicles closely for year, make, and condition before bidding. CRAZYLOT.COM does not guarantee vehicles; rather the buyer is responsible to verify condition & mileage. Years posted are not guaranteed. Information posted on CRAZYLOT.COM is information that was determined to the best of our abilities but should be verified by all buyers. Listings of what has been tested to work and what does not, is merely a guide. Functions of a unit could test to work when that unit comes in, but then not work property upon pickup due to several factors. Buyers are entering a wholesale transaction by bidding on CRAZYLOT.COM and as such, buyers should determine their value based on their own inspection process rather than relying only on CRAZYLOT.COM sale terms. Any representations made by CRAZYLOT.COM employees including those on their website, do not constitute legal, tax, or other professional advice.
Indemnification
CRAZYLOT.COM is not responsible for any communication or transaction among users. As a user, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless CRAZYLOT.COM and its officers and employees from any and all claims, demands and damages (whether actual and/or consequential), including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or associated in any way with your use of CRAZYLOT.COM, your violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations, or your violation of any rights of another.
No Waiver
The failure of CRAZYLOT.COM to enforce any terms of this Agreement or respond to a breach by you or other parties shall not in any way waive its right to enforce subsequently any terms or conditions of this Agreement or to act with respect to similar breaches.
Maintenance and Repairs
On many units, repairs may be made by CRAZYLOT.COM while that unit is in the possession of CRAZYLOT.COM. Those repairs may include minor cosmetics, appliances, functional or safety items. This may include winterization. Where applicable, those repairs will be disclosed. If winterizing has not been done by CRAZYLOT.COM, the buyer should make determination if it had been done prior and it had been done properly. CRAZYLOT.COM intends to preserve the value of each unit while in its possession and make that unit functional to be transported or driven. This will not be the case at all times.
Website Performance
CRAZYLOT.COM will endeavor to use diligent and reasonable efforts to maintain the security and operational integrity of the website. However, numerous factors outside the control of CRAZYLOT.COM may interfere with the operation of its web site, and accordingly, CRAZYLOT.COM does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to its services. In the event of a site outage during closing time, the auctions that were not able to take new bids because of the outage may be extended, pending return of the CRAZYLOT.COM site.
